Who we are

About KKG

Karl Kamgdom spent nearly two decades in senior finance roles at large media and entertainment companies — Disney and Universal Music among them — before founding KKG. The firm exists to close a gap those years made obvious: traditional accounting reports on the month that has ended, while e-commerce founders are fighting working-capital battles that change by the day.

Career arc

Nineteen years of corporate finance

Across nearly two decades in corporate finance, Karl ran the full cycle — from granular reconciliation to board-level reporting — inside businesses with the teams and systems to see their numbers clearly. Most e-commerce founders are running without any of that infrastructure.

A friend's manufacturing books showed the gap

Helping a friend cost the products she manufactures and sells online, Karl saw how easily landed cost goes wrong once production, materials and freight all feed into it — and how that distortion hides the working-capital gap between paying for stock and being paid for it.

Built around the gap nobody else models

KKG was built to operate on that insight — regular reconciliation, real landed-cost tracking, and rolling cash flow forecasting — so founders see the cash gap before it widens, not after.
